If Robert and Anna Maria married in 1758, then there would be no older child named Tobias born in 1747. Therefore, Tobias Van Deusen was connected to the wrong parents according to accountings of the marriage between this Van Deusen and Ostrander.

I have found no other source to support Albert Van Deusen's claim of a child named Tobias born in 1747 to Anna Maria Ostrander and Robert Van Deusen. Until that proof is given besides the one source against many, I will not restore the child.

It is quite obvious that Albert Harrison Van Deursen had access to records of some sort to give a date of bp. Just because the compilers of Ostrander didn't include TOBIAS does not make it incorrect.Pls. restore.

Some issues regarding a son named Tobias. One source has son listed the other source does not. Went with the updated source from the Ostrander genealogy and removed Tobias Van Deusen as son until evidence could be produced to show he is the son of Anna Maria Ostrander and Robert Van Deusen.
